Norcia flat pancetta
An exceptional product from Norica to be eaten in sauces or even alone as an appetiser
It is obtained from the lean belly part of the pig, which is salted and seasoned with pepper and other spices.
It is left to rest for about a month, after which it is massaged and left to dry in special rooms.
It does not contain colorants, gluten, milk and its derivatives.
Pieces approx. 300g
To be enjoyed in pasta sauces such as carbonara and amatriciana, rolled inside roasted pork loin or as an appetiser accompanied by mature pecorino cheeses.
