The mix of legumes contains:

- n.1 Farmer's soup (500 gr.): hulled red lentils, split peas, dry blackeye beans, whole red lentils, chickpeas, split beans, black beans, borlotti beans, cannellini beans, spelt.

- n.1 Castelluccio lentils (500 gr.):The Castelluccio Lentil is an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) product and represents one of the excellences of Italian Gastronomical Heritage. It is very small and colour varies from one lentil to another (yellowy, brown, striped).

- n.1 Haricot beans (500 gr.): Haricot beans are rich in nutrients, are white in colour, with an elongated, rounded shape. The skin is of medium consistency and they have a pleasantly intense flavour.
