Sales terms
These conditions of use govern the sale of products marketed by Il Ghiottone s.a.s. in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relations with the users.
• Subscription
The users that intend to purchase items on norcineriailghiottone.it must subscribe. The user that proceeds with subscription declares to have examined the Privacy Policy and that the personal information introduced is true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided.
• Acceptance of sales terms
By placing an order in the various manners envisioned, the Customer declares to have read all indications provided during the purchase procedure and accept the general sales terms in full.
• Product availability and dispatch of orders
The e-commerce system used on the website is designed to guarantee the customer with maximum transparency, indicating the exact status of the availability of the products in the warehouse and relative delivery times in real time.
The fact that several users can place orders for the same product simultaneously and consequently change the stock present in our warehouse must be considered. In this case, we will inform the customer by phone or e-mail of any problems concerning availability of the product. At this point the customer can freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In the case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded immediately. Please note that the image and information on the product sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the effective features of the item, although we do pay great care and attention to this.
• Orders
Orders are accepted only via Internet (on-line). The customer that sends the order directly from the website will receive a communication via e-mail at the end of the procedure which confirms the order and also indicates the relative order number.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched and the goods have not yet been shipped. This can be carried out by phone or written communication to be sent via email to info@norcineriailghiottone.it.
For orders that have already been dispatched, the customer must exert the Right of Withdrawal.
• Prices
All sale prices displayed on the website are in Euro and include VAT. They may be subject to change without forewarning. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are shown clearly before the order is completed.
• Applicable laws and competent court
This agreement is governed by Italian Law. The court of Perugia will have jurisdiction for any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation and execution of said agreement.
