2. Processing personal information
Processing will be carried out using computers. Supplying information is optional, but any refusal to supply said information could lead to no or partial execution of the service. The data, provided voluntarily, and processed following consultation of our website, is held by il ghiottone s.a.s. with Registered Office in via delle fontanelle,3 Collepepe di Collazzone 06050 (PG), which processes said data for the purpose of optimising use of the website and for the following purposes:
- sending information, technical and/or commercial letters both by electronic means and on hard copy
- promotional and/or marketing activities on hard copy and/or by electronic means
- sending price lists, catalogues, technical instructions, samples, etc…

- drawing-up budgets and statistics.
Processing is carried out by the controllers both on a hard copy and electronically on computer systems and servers as available, by staff (internal and external) assigned, among which il ghiottone s.a.s. staff, which processes the information for the purpose of managing the website in the best way possible through IT and telematic systems. www.norcineriailghiottone.it collects the data relative to accesses and navigation on the websites in order to allow operation of the services and the sections that require identification of the user and uses the information gathered for the technical administration of the site and for any statistical analysis concerning use of the website itself. Il ghiottone s.a.s. uses global statistical data regarding the type of traffic and other information related to the website, without disclosing or communicating data concerning the individual user to third parties. Any type of disclosure or communication to third parties is excluded (except for the staff assigned to the service for the purposes stated above).

The subjects to whom the personal information refer have the right, at all times, to verify the data processed and exert all rights envisioned by art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (including rectification, updating and cancellation) by sending an email to info@norcineriailghiottone.it.

5. Site security measures
Specific security measures have been taken to ensure safe access to the site and protect the information on it from the risk of loss or destruction, even accidental. Even though it guarantees the use of relevant Antivirus systems, Il Ghiottone s.a.s. points out that, as well as being a legal obligation, it is good practice that the user provides their work station with special antivirus systems to prevent and scan virus attacks. The reserved areas of the website can only be accessed through an identification code and password assigned to users; said passwords are generated upon proposal of the users themselves. The user must keep the password confidential. A suitable browser is required in order to navigate in the restricted areas of the websites.

INTEGRATION TO THE PRIVACY POLICY DOCUMENT RELATIVE TO THE Google Analytics Service
Google analytics (hereon "analytics") is a statistical service offered by google inc. whose head office is located at 1600 amphitheatre parkway, mountain view, ca 94043, United States. It traces accesses to websites and web resources and allows the administrators of the same to generate and view data in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical purposes.
In order to operate, Google analytics requires the presence of a tracking code on the pages of the website, which identifies the pages visited by the users, the domain names and the type of browser of the computers used et al. This data is anonymous because they do not allow identification of the user’s identity.
Purpose of processing
The data collected is used by Google for statistical purposes, in order to assess correct use of the website and improve its efficacy.
Processing personal information
Google Inc. manages the processing of the data collected via computer and telematic instruments with logic closely related to the purposes highlighted below and, however, in a way to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of the data itself. In order to operate, Google Analytics uses cookies and the information regarding use of the website by visitors generated by the same are transmitted to Google and deposited in its servers in the United States.

These activities and services are not to be considered related to the use of the www.norcineriailghiottone.it website, which is not responsible for the processing of personal information.
The data collected by the Analytics service is transferred onto the Google Inc. servers and processed by the same. Google can also transfer this information to third parties where this is required by law or where said third parties process the afore-mentioned information on behalf of Google.
