Top-quality cheese, made exclusively from sheep’s milk, selected and matured in cellars for about 10 months.
It has a slightly spicy flavour with crumbly texture with only a few eyes.

This pecorino cheese can be enjoyed alone, or in contrast with sweet ingredients such has honey and mustards.
It is also recommended for grating with wide blades to give extra flavour to pasta dishes.
