"Cojoni di mulo" is a cured meat typical of Norcia and it gets its name from its shape. It is made exclusively from finely minced cured ham, flavoured with natural aromas and stuffed into casing with an aromatised piece of lard.
It does not contain colorants, gluten, milk and its derivatives.
